Job Description

Role Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for converting prospects into customers by presenting suitable primary residential properties that meet their investment needs. Utilizing leads from the Marketing team and generating self-leads through local activities will be crucial in successfully converting them into customers. This will involve acquiring relevant databases and conducting on-ground activities in corporates, clubs, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Take prospects for site visits, address queries, and coordinate with the Developer or PropTigers Developer Relations Team when necessary. - Ensure compliance with the operations process to uphold efficiency and quality standards. - Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional after-sales services and assisting customers with Home Loans. Qualifications Required: - Graduation/MBA degree. - Demonstrated positive attitude towards conducting 2-3 meetings daily and a passion for sales. - Previous experience in direct sales. - Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with prospects. - Ability to comprehend prospect requirements and pitch property solutions effectively. - High levels of passion, ownership, and dedication towards achieving targets.
