Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Kasaragod. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, providing them with financial solutions, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, product presentations, and delivering customer service excellence. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
Sales and negotiation skills to meet and exceed targets
Knowledge of financial products and the insurance industry
Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and provide solutions
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Customer service and relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
