Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of

    HNI clients (50 Lac+ ticket size)

    .
  • Responsible for

    selling & advisory

    of financial products including:
    • Structured Products, Mutual Funds, PMS, SIPs, AIFs, Insurance, Demat & Trading Accounts

      .
  • Drive

    revenue generation

    and meet defined business targets.
  • Build and nurture

    long-term relationships

    with clients through regular interaction and portfolio reviews.
  • Ensure the

    highest level of service delivery

    , client satisfaction, and relationship management.
  • Manage and grow a minimum

    Equity AUM of 30 Cr

    .
  • Responsible for

    trading account activation

    and assisting new clients in understanding equity markets.
  • Cross-sell wealth management products by leveraging client relationships.
  • Stay updated on

    market trends & investment opportunities

    to provide proactive advisory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in

    HNI Relationship Management

    within

    Broking, Banking, or Wealth Management

    domains.
  • Strong network & relationships with

    HNI / Ultra HNI clients

    .
  • Minimum experience in handling

    30 Cr Equity AUM

    .
  • Excellent knowledge of financial markets, wealth products & advisory services.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building & negotiation skills.
