We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Micro Finance products and services, including Mutual Funds and Inclusive Banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations. A graduate degree is required; an MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred.
