Job Description

Looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trades and settlement processes. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive and compliant. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management within the BFSI industry, preferably in mutual funds sales or wealth management. Strong knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds, and their applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and make informed decisions. Proficiency in using technology-based tools and platforms to manage client portfolios effectively.
