Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in merchant onboarding or business development. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of merchant onboarding processes. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Provide excellent customer service to resolve merchant queries and concerns promptly. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in merchant onboarding and business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with merchants. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and optimize strategies. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred. Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems is an asset.
