Relationship Manager-LAP-Loan Against Property-Sales

As a Relationship Manager for Loan Against Property at the Consumer Bank's Secured Assets division, your role will involve managing sales for Loan against Property business across various channels and open markets. You will be responsible for adding new branches to ensure unilateral growth and managing the Direct Sales team to enhance productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing and expanding in catchment areas to attract potential customers - Meeting with HNI clients to explain Loan against Property/HF/Working Capital products - Building and maintaining relations with builders, focusing on primary markets and project approvals - Generating additional revenue through cross-selling of insurance, CASA, credit cards, etc. - Providing training and development to the Direct Sales team and DSAs - Collaborating with internal teams for smooth business operations including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations - Ensuring end-to-end processing of cases and updating customers on the status - Delivering top-class service to customers to improve NPS scores - Must have experience in SECURED LOAN SALES Qualifications Required: - Graduate / MBA Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3 years of work experience in Home Loan/Mortgage Sales with DMA/DST/Bank Branches - Strong customer relationship management skills - Sales and service orientation Please note that the Loan Against Property business vertical of the Consumer Bank focuses on acquiring retail customers for funding against various properties and targets small & medium traders, manufacturers, service providers, self-employed professionals, and salaried customers.
