Job Description

As a Relationship Manager for Loan Against Property at our company, your role will involve managing sales for the Loan Against Property business from cross channels and the open market. You will be responsible for ensuring unilateral growth by adding new branches, managing and growing the Direct Sales team, and focusing on increased productivity. Your tasks will include marketing and encashing catchment areas, meeting HNI clients to explain various products related to Loan Against Property/HF/Working Capital, and building relationships with builders to focus on Primary Markets. Additionally, you will be in charge of project approvals of builders, ensuring additional revenue generation through cross-selling and multi-selling of insurance, CASA, credit cards, etc. You will also be responsible for the training and development of the DST team and DSAs, liaising with internal teams for business needs, managing end-to-end processing of cases, and providing top-class service to customers for better NPS scores. It is essential to have experience in SECURED LOAN SALES for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage sales for Loan Against Property business from cross channel and open market - Ensure unilateral growth by adding new branches - Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased productivity - Marketing and encashing catchment areas - Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Loan Against Property/HF/Working capital - Responsible for Builder relations and Builder Tie Ups to focus on Primary Markets - Responsible for Project approvals of Builders - Ensure additional revenue generation through cross-sell & multi-selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc. - Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs - Liaison with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations - Responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers - Ensuring top-class service for Customers for better NPS Scores Qualifications Required: - Experience in SECURED LOAN SALES is a must - Graduate/MBA qualification Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3 years work experience in Home Loan/Mortgage Sales with DMA/DST/Bank Branches - Customer relationship management skills - Sales and service orientation,
