We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager-KCC to join our team in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh. As a Relationship Manager-KCC, you will be responsible for managing and growing the bank's relationships with farmers and agri-businesses in the rural areas of Gudivada. You will be the primary point of contact for these customers and will be responsible for understanding their financial needs and providing them with appropriate banking solutions. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with farmers and agri-businesses in the rural areas of Gudivada to understand their financial needs and provide them with suitable banking solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the bank's services Identify and acquire new customers in the agri sector through various marketing and networking activities Conduct regular visits to customer locations to assess their financial needs and provide on-site support and guidance Collaborate with other departments within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers Keep up-to-date with market trends and developments in the agri sector to identify potential business opportunities Achieve individual and team targets for business growth and profitability Requirements Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agri sector Strong understanding of the rural banking landscape and the needs of farmers and agri-businesses Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region Additional Parameters Fluency in the local language is preferred Knowledge of local customs and practices in the agri sector is a plus Experience in credit appraisal and risk assessment is an added advantage If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of farmers and agri-businesses and have the required skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
