Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and managing strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. Your main focus will be on identifying client needs and providing tailored financial and credit solutions. You will play a key role in achieving assigned business targets for loan disbursement, portfolio growth, and client acquisition. Ensuring smooth onboarding of clients, providing post-sales service and support, and cross-selling financial products to maximize customer value will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory standards, and preparing reports and updates on client interactions, business progress, and market trends are essential aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. - Identify client needs and provide tailored financial and credit solutions. - Achieve assigned business targets for loan disbursement, portfolio growth, and client acquisition. - Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and provide post-sales service and support. - Cross-sell financial products (loans, credit facilities, insurance, etc.) to maximize customer value. - Maintain compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory standards. - Prepare reports and updates on client interactions, business progress, and market trends. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on banking, NBFC, or financial services (credit/loan/wealth management preferred). - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships. Additional Details: You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to understand financial products and explain them effectively. A sales-driven and target-oriented mindset, problem-solving and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach with relationship management ability are crucial for success in this role. Good knowledge of the local market and financial industry trends will be advantageous. Please note the job type is Full-time, Permanent. You will be required to commute or relocate to Panchkula, Haryana before starting work. Kindly specify your current notice period or earliest joining availability, as immediate availability is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in financial services. Proficiency in English and availability for day shift work are mandatory requirements.,
