Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager in the Stock Market located in Gurgaon 67, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs, providing market insights, and recommending suitable investment Plan. This role involves prompting Financial Product based on client trading needs, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with the research team to deliver accurate and timely information to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, customer service, Sales and communication skills
• Knowledge of stock market, equity, derivatives, and investment strategies.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as NISM or equivalent are a plus.
