Job Description

As a Sales Mortgage Sales Executive at Direct Credit in Noida, your primary responsibility will be customer acquisition. You will be tasked with identifying and acquiring new customers through direct sales, developing a pipeline of potential customers through market mapping and relationship building. In addition, you will need to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products, as well as collect and verify documents for loan applications. Coordination with credit, legal, and technical teams for timely processing and disbursement will also be crucial. Maintaining strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business is another key aspect of your role. You will be expected to handle customer queries, complaints, and provide end-to-end support. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets is essential, along with ensuring quality sourcing to minimize delinquency and rejections. Staying updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends will be necessary to provide feedback to management on market and customer insights. To be successful in this position, you should be a Graduate (MBA preferred) with at least 4-7 years of experience in sales of mortgage loans. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets are required. Knowledge of local property markets and documentation is also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience working with NBFCs/Banks/Corporate DSA, an understanding of credit underwriting and basic financial concepts, and an existing network of builders and property agents. Direct Credit is looking for immediate joiners from Noida or nearby locations only, with a preference for candidates with experience in the loan industry. The company offers a competitive salary of up to 6 LPA and has 15 vacancies available. Sales targets are structured to increase progressively over the first three months, ultimately reaching 5X of employees" salary profit revenue from the fourth month onwards.,
