Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition:

    Identify and generate new leads for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) through activities like market visits, building relationships with local builders, and using various sales channels.   
  • Portfolio Management:

    Manage and grow the home loan and LAP portfolio, ensuring high yield and maintaining strong portfolio quality.   
  • Customer Service:

    Provide high-quality client service by handholding customers through the entire loan process, from sanction to disbursement, and resolving queries to meet customer satisfaction goals.   
  • Cross-selling:

    Identify customer needs and cross-sell other relevant banking products and services to deepen the relationship.   
  • Sales & Targets:

    Achieve individual and branch sales goals, as well as product sales and new client growth targets, which may include increasing product holding per customer.   
  • Market Intelligence:

    Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and stay updated on best practices to improve service efficiency.   
  • Team Handling (for Managerial Roles):

    Manage, groom, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to help them achieve their objectives.
