Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
  • Onboard new IFAs and train them on our products and systems
  • Help IFAs understand and sell our investment or insurance products
  • Provide regular updates, product information, and support
  • Ensure IFAs meet their sales targets and assist them where needed
  • Resolve queries and provide excellent service to IFAs
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
  • Work closely with internal sales, operations, and support teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in financial services, especially mutual funds, insurance, or wealth management
  • Understanding of financial products and IFA business models
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
