Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) Onboard new IFAs and train them on our products and systems Help IFAs understand and sell our investment or insurance products Provide regular updates, product information, and support Ensure IFAs meet their sales targets and assist them where needed Resolve queries and provide excellent service to IFAs Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings Work closely with internal sales, operations, and support teams Requirements: Experience in financial services, especially mutual funds, insurance, or wealth management Understanding of financial products and IFA business models Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to meet targets and work independently Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred) Soft Skills: Good presentation and training skills Self-driven and proactive Problem-solving attitude Customer-first approach
