As a Relationship Manager in the Rural Banking department, your role revolves around delivering high-quality client service, focusing on customer retention, enhancing product sales, and acquiring new clients. Your key responsibilities include: - Creating sales opportunities for yourself and team members. - Acquisition: focusing on lending to new customers and building a large Home loan book with high yield. - Book Quality: maintaining portfolio quality to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Upholding the highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance. - Leveraging digital tools to streamline processes and enhance customer experience. - Developing and nurturing relationships with colleagues in other business verticals to explore cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, as part of your managerial and leadership responsibilities, you will be expected to effectively manage and groom your team, providing training and mentorship to team members. Qualification Required: - Graduation in BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BTech, BE, or any other graduate degree. - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
