Relationship Manager

A.

• Responsible to generate and drive Working Capital Business and Portfolio Management through Branches and other Channels.

B.

Strategic and planning

Ensure that Working Capital Business and Portfolio Management is in line with the business objectives of the Department.

Functional

• Generate Working Capital Business through Branches and other Channels.
• Review application documents to ensure eligibility.
• Log eligible files with Credit Sanction Department.
• Respond and revert to queries raised by Credit Sanctions Department
• Complete disbursement documentation of sanctioned files.
• Ensure disbursement of sanctioned files
• Monitor assigned portfolios
• Regular visits to customers
• Obtain stock statements
• Follow up for interest servicing on time and annual renewal of accounts

Internal process

• Monitor processes to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and Turnaround time.
• Review preparation of reports to management and statutory bodies ensuring its accuracy and timely submission.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and statutory guidelines while carrying out the departmental activities.

People development

• Ensure that the team maintains the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, integrity, and control in execution of all their daily operations.
• Take overall responsibility for identification of training needs and completion of mandatory training programs/certifications for self.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
