Relationship Manager-Gold Loan

As a Relationship Manager-Gold Loan in Rural Banking, your primary responsibility will be to build the Gold loan Asset book in the branch, focusing on both scale and quality. You will be required to maintain excellent portfolio quality across all buckets and ensure that Gold loan canvassers achieve a productivity target of Rs 10 Lakhs. In addition to the core responsibilities, you will also be involved in identifying Gold loan Canvassers and conducting marketing activities within the branch catchments to promote Gold loans. Success in this role will be measured by Portfolio Growth, Portfolio Quality, and the effectiveness of Marketing Activities in promoting Gold loans. To qualify for this position, you should hold a graduation degree in BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate field. Additionally, you should have 1-5 years of relevant experience.
