The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting financial products and services. The role involves meeting sales targets, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
· Promote and sell financial products such as loans, insurance, and other non-banking financial services.
·Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.·
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
·Prepare and present sales proposals and financial solutions to prospective clients.·
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business goals.
·Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, and customer service) to ensure smooth processing of financial transactions.
·Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
·Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.
