Role: Relationship Manager Responsibilities

Identify potential business opportunities and prospective customers.
Build meaningful relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend effective solutions.
Drive revenue by making outbound calls through leads generated via primary and secondary sources.
Manage daily follow-ups on existing and new leads.
Ensure excellent customer experience by adhering to company quality standards.
Maintain high energy, strong communication, and a result-oriented approach to close deals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Any Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA, BBA, B.Tech, B.A., etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Languages:

Mandatory:
English + Hindi or Kannada
Optional:
Tamil /

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Comfortable working a
9-hour shift between 10 AM 7 PM
