Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle field sales of Term,Health,Life and Motor Insurance products for PolicyBazaar. Visit 5-6 customers daily within allotted km radius; travel allowance is provided for each visit. Generate leads through open market, customer reference and local networking, around 30-40% of leads will be provided by company. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions. Achieve monthly sales targets based on Annualised Premium (ANP) and policy count. Use need based selling techniques to ensure clients get the right insurance plan. Maximise revenue through upselling and cross selling to the existing customer base. Provide post sales service, resolve customer queries, and ensure timely policy issuance. Maintain accurate customer database and coordinate regularly for follow-ups. Work closely with supervisors for sales forecasting and planning business strategies.
