Relationship Manager - Field Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Conduct field visits to meet clients and explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits.
• Generate and manage leads through cold calling, referrals, and field networking.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate preferred. Minimum 12th pass with relevant sales experience will be considered.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales (Home Loan / LAP / BFSI preferred).
• Gender: Open to male and female candidates.

• Pleasant personality with effective customer handling skills
• Basic understanding of home loan/mortgage processes (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
