Relationship Manager-Federal Bank

You will be responsible for managing life insurance sales through assigned bank branches, coordinating between the bank and the company from lead generation to policy conversion, and dealing with walking customers to sell them life insurance policies. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database, and walk-in customers. - Make appointments, explore customers" financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas, select appropriate products from the company's range, gain customer agreement to purchase, and accurately complete sales documentation. - Build a good customer base to explore opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, obtaining referrals to further prospects where appropriate. - Ensure sales completion by facilitating the completion of medical reports and ensuring the prompt issue of policy documents. - Adhere to the company's sales process and submit various reports in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in sales, particularly in the insurance sector, is preferred. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand and assess customers" needs to provide suitable solutions. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers. - Knowledge of insurance products and the ability to explain them to customers effectively.
