Relationship Manager-Federal Bank

Job Description: As a Relationship Manager - Bancassurance at Ageas Federal Life Insurance (formerly known as IDBI Federal Life Insurance) in Pathanamthitta, your main responsibility will be managing life insurance sales through assigned Bank branches. You will be required to effectively coordinate between the Bank and the company, from lead generation to policy conversion. Additionally, you will engage with walk-in customers to promote and sell life insurance policies. Working closely with our channel partner, Federal Bank, you will play a key role in generating leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer databases, and walk-in customers. Your tasks will include making appointments, understanding customers" financial needs related to investments and insurance, recommending suitable products from our range, and securing customer agreement to purchase. You will also be responsible for building a strong customer base to explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities, as well as obtaining referrals when appropriate. To ensure sales completion, you will facilitate the completion of medical reports and ensure the prompt issuance of policy documents. It is essential to adhere to the company's sales process and submit various reports in a timely manner. We are looking for the perfect candidate who can earn a salary of up to 4.5 LPA (inclusive of 12000 Mediclaim, Conveyance, and Incentives apart from the fixed CTC), in addition to incentives, allowances, and other benefits.
