Role Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead broker engagement and drive commercial claims acquisition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with SME brokers and a strong understanding of commercial insurance dynamics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Broker & Agent Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME brokers and agents to generate a consistent pipeline of commercial claims.

- Claims Sourcing: Actively coordinate with multiple brokers to source and onboard institutional clients with claims across various sectors.

- Coordination & Follow-up: Ensure seamless communication between brokers, internal claims teams, and clients for timely and effective claim resolution.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor claim inflow, broker performance, and engagement metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.

- Market Development: Identify new broker networks and commercial segments to expand claim sourcing opportunities.

- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates to management on claim volumes, broker activity, and market trends.

Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, relationship management, or claims coordinationpreferably with SME brokers or commercial insurance intermediaries.

- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and claims processes.

- Proven ability to manage multiple broker relationships and drive claim inflow.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting dashboards.
