Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement medium- to long-term strategic plans for Ergos, identifying new opportunities across regions and demographics.
  • Research and devise marketing strategies, including direct marketing and new project development.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
  • Plan and execute business expansion, new warehouse onboarding, forward linkage, and external stakeholder management.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets and oversee the internal operating budgets.
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-term departmental goals, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with investors, vendors, and other external stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee logistics operations and ensure efficient delivery systems.
  • Foster customer loyalty and ensure repeat engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the team to maintain a high-engagement and high-performance culture.
