Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including compliance with statutory deductions and reporting. HR Compliance: Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling audits and documentation. HR Systems & Data Management: Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for accurate employee data tracking and reporting. Employee Engagement Support: Collaborate on engagement programs, welfare initiatives, and feedback mechanisms.
