Key Responsibilities :- Build and maintain relationships with farmers to promote the Ergos Grain bank platform. Organize and lead farmer meetings to explain warehousing benefits and digital asset conversion. Collect and manage farmer data within the assigned territory. Act as the primary point of contact for farmers, ensuring timely support and issue resolution. Guide and mentor junior Village Coordinators to enhance team effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate farmer onboarding and drive operational efficiency.
