Role Overview: You will be responsible for originating new business prospects within the SME sector through direct sourcing and open market channels. Your main focus will be on acquiring SME customers, managing their proposals, and guiding them up to the disbursement stage. Additionally, you will meet existing SME clients to identify business opportunities, drive revenue, and provide them with a range of working capital facilities based on their specific needs. Key Responsibilities: - Originate new business prospects within the SME sector through direct sourcing and open market channels. - Acquire SME customers, manage their proposals, and guide them up to the disbursement stage. - Meet existing SME clients to identify business opportunities, drive revenue, and provide working capital facilities. - Manage and nurture customer relationships, addressing both service and sales queries. - Cross-sell retail banking products to SME customers to maximize revenue and meet sales targets. - Assess the credit risk associated with SME clients and collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure sound credit decisions. - Conduct in-depth financial analysis of SME clients, evaluate their creditworthiness, and prepare comprehensive credit proposals. - Structure credit facilities for SMEs in a manner that aligns with their business needs and risk profiles. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, staying updated on changes affecting SME banking. Qualification Required: - Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
