Position Purpose

Looking for RM

We will provide all necessary training and guidance

Position Responsibilities

Identifying and Acquiring new Corporate by doing daily Cold calling, referencing, Tell calling etc.
Post onboarding the Corporate have to do

salary account opening and cross selling of all retail products.
Ensure 90% Salary must credit within 3 months of sourcing.
Cross Sale products- Life Insurance, General Insurance, Upsell Debit cards, Credit card, Demat Account, Loan etc.
Ensure budgeted target must be achieved every month and earn handsome incentive month on month.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications

Essential

Graduate (BBA, BMS, MBA preferred)

Essential

Passionate about Sales who are good in communication, presentable & quick learner. Must have own vehicle since its hardcore sales job.

Threshold Competencies

Good in communication, Quick learner

Excellent in corporate management

Adhering all guidelines set by the bank

Good in escalation handling, corporate handling, Team player.

Leadership Competencies

Good in verbal and communication skills
Good in Managing multiple tasks.

Support- We will give all the training and handholding about all basic of banking.
