*Key Responsibilities*
- Acquire new customers through direct sales activities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets- Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities- Provide post-sales support and resolve client queries- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards- Collaborate with branch teams for enhanced business growth
*Eligibility & Requirements*
- Bachelors degree in any discipline- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or direct sales preferred- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with CRM tools- Demonstrated track record of stability and integrity
