You will play a crucial role in the following key areas: - Generating leads and engaging potential clients for their commercial insurance needs. - Delving into various insurance products such as Fire, Burglary, Liability, Engineering Marine, and Group insurance. - Conducting risk assessments and client meetings to comprehend their requirements and recommend suitable solutions. - Preparing quotes, negotiating premiums and terms with insurers, and facilitating case closures. - Collaborating with insurance companies to handle policy issuance, endorsements, and claims assistance. - Ensuring client satisfaction by conducting timely follow-ups, resolving issues, and providing proactive servicing. - Maintaining trackers, documentation, and compliance records in alignment with regulatory and internal standards. The ideal candidate for this position would be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in general insurance, preferably within broking firms. Additionally, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - A solid understanding of commercial insurance products. - Demonstrated expertise in client acquisition, retention, and conversion. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and servicing abilities. - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and professional correspondence. - Self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
