Relationship Manager - COMM BANK - DEALER BUSINESS GROUP - Business Development

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for handling Jharkhand and Bihar locations, with your base in Jamshedpur. Your main focus will be on serving customers in segments such as Transportation and Logistics, Automobile Dealers, and Warehousing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding customers" requirements and selling various Working Capital Products like CC, OD, BG, LC, LCBD, SIF, WCDL according to their needs - Servicing customers by ensuring timely renewal of accounts and liaising with them to meet compliance norms such as timely submission of Stock Statements, completion of Stock Audit, submission of Fx declaration, servicing of Interest/EMI, DRS closure, OOO servicing, and meeting various credit stipulated conditions - Generating maximum profitability in accounts through cross-selling products like CASA, Insurance (KGI, KLI), CMS, etc. - Independently handling operations in the location and generating leads through Self-sourcing, RL Branch, DSA & In-house through CV Retail team - Logging cases in CLOS and liaising with Credit for query resolution - Handling all disbursement documentation, loading of limits, liaising with the Technical Team for Property Valuation, Legal team & Empanelled Advocate for Property Searching and Mortgage, and Ops Team for loading of limits - Maintaining requisite MIS for performing duties and meeting compliance norms No additional company details were mentioned in the job description.,
