Job Description

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition & Sales:
    • Source new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through various channels like cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets set by the bank.
    • Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, mutual funds, and other retail assets.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
    • Provide personalized banking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure high levels of customer service and query resolution.
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Manage and grow the portfolio of CASA customers.
    • Monitor account activity to identify opportunities for cross-selling or risk management.
    • Ensure zero leakage of income and maintain KYC and AML compliance.
  • Branch Coordination:
    • Work closely with the branch operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
    • Participate in local marketing activities and branch-level campaigns to drive business.
