Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition & Business Development:
    • Acquire new CASA customers through cold calling, field visits, and references.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets as assigned.
    • Identify and tap potential business segments such as SMEs, traders, and professionals.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
    • Regularly interact with clients to understand their banking needs and offer suitable products.
    • Manage high-value customers and ensure premium service delivery.
  • Cross-Selling:
    • Promote and sell other banking products like Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Credit Cards.
    • Work closely with product and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and service.
