Relationship Manager

TAMIL LANGUAGE IS MANDATORY

· Organize university visits and meetings for universities in other countries.

· Schedule and conduct training calls for newly onboarded or existing partner universities.

· Manage university communication for renewals and establish new partnerships in other countries.

· Train agents on how to utilize Career Mosaic's platform and processes for universities in other countries.

· Participate in calls with agents (both existing and potential) to address process-related inquiries.

· Distribute Uni centre login credentials to agents.

· Host webinars for universities and Career Mosaic process training.

· Compile and distribute marketing materials for universities in other countries.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Experience working in international education.

· Familiarity with the higher education landscape in various countries.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong presentation and training skills.

· Ability to travel internationally (as needed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,219.80 - ₹72,473.99 per month
