To drive life insurance business through Axis Bank branches by building strong relationships, ensuring product penetration, and achieving business targets.
• Build & manage relationships with partner banks
• Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets
• Train & support bank staff on life insurance products.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI/regulatory norms.
• Monitor partner performance & resolve issues quickly.
• Good knowledge in equity & financial products
• 2-5 years experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial services
• Excellent communication & relationship skills
