Core responsibilities

Sales and target achievement: Drive sales of insurance or financial products within the bank branch, meet business targets for factors like sales volume, and achieve productivity goals.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers, sales teams, and other staff to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives.
Training and enablement: Conduct product presentations and training sessions for bank employees to ensure they are knowledgeable and equipped to sell the products.
Lead generation and customer engagement: Generate leads from the bank's customer base and walk-ins, conduct joint sales calls, and provide customers with product information and consultations.
Compliance and reporting: Ensure all sales and activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards, and provide timely reports on sales performance.

Key skills and qualifications

Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with bank staff and customers.
Sales acumen: Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to analyze local market conditions and identify sales opportunities.
