Relationship Manager-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving business in the Tractor Loans and Retail segment by sourcing working capital loans for Agri-related industries, food processing units, and MSMEs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring quality portfolio growth and customer satisfaction. This role is field-intensive (80% field, 20% office) and requires strong networking, negotiation, and follow-up capabilities. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and a deep understanding of local markets and customer needs.
