Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager-Agency located in Jammu. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing agent relationships, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, provide feedback, and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing agent relationships and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to address customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the general insurance industry is a plus.
