Job Description

As a Credit Sales - FSV Channel - Relationship Manager located in Ernakulam, Muvattupuzha, your role will involve handling business operations for customers who have taken loan cases from the bank. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making appointments to explore customers" financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas. - Selecting appropriate products from the company's range to meet these needs and gaining customer agreement to purchase. - Accurately completing sales documentation. - Building a strong customer base to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling. - Obtaining referrals to further prospects when appropriate. - Ensuring sales completion by facilitating medical reports and ensuring prompt issuance of policy documents. - Adhering to company sales processes and submitting reports in a timely manner. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Life Insurance, cross-selling, Insurance sales, Banking, or Financial Services sales. Any Degree or Diploma of 3 years duration is required. In addition to the above responsibilities, the company provides benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, food, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
