Job Description

Role Overview:

Sales & Business Development:

Drive life insurance product sales (Group Policies) to Fleet owners & achieve monthly and quarterly Budgeted nos.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory by appointing Insurance Advisors within Fleet Staff (like Guarantor of Drivers, Fleet Operations Manager etc).

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
Motivate and mentor team members for consistent performance.

Customer Engagement:

Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Ensure superior customer experience and service delivery.

Compliance & Reporting:

Adhere to Ageas Federals policies and IRDAI regulations.
Submit accurate and timely sales reports to management.

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience:

Minimum
34 years of sales experience
in logistics or allied industries (tyres, batteries, lubricants, etc.).
Proven track record in Direct sales and distribution management.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Leadership and team-building capabilities.
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.

Business acumen and market awareness.
High energy and resilience under pressure.
Ability to work independently and lead a team of Insurance advisors effectively.
