Job Description

Profile - Relationship Manager / Sales Manager Client Acquisition: Identifying and engaging potential borrowers through various channels (e.g., open market, DSAs, builder relationships). Loan Product Sales: Promoting and selling Loan Against Property products, explaining terms and benefits. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and channel partners. Lead Generation & Conversion: Following up on leads, converting them into loan applications, and managing the loan application process. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly or annual sales targets. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns, and building customer satisfaction. Market Knowledge: Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Compensation: RM/ SMs: Up to ₹7.25 LPA (Max Age: 35 years) Additional: Travel Allowance + Attractive Incentives
