Role Overview:

PSU bancassurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong engagement with

    PSU bank

    leadership and line managers to secure partnership continuity.
  • Strategize sales targets, product mix, training, and R&R programs aligned with both company and partner banks.
  • Drive premium growth and renewals through effective sales management, reviews, and client segmentation.
  • Implement robust sales management practices, training, and incentive structures to enhance productivity.
  • Manage budgets and spending effectively while ensuring compliance and quality of business.
  • Expand business opportunities within partner banks by leveraging client acquisition teams and innovative sales approaches.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 8-10 years of experience in bancassurance / insurance partnerships, preferably with PSU banks.
  • Strong stakeholder management, sales strategy, and P\&L ownership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale relationships and premium growth.
