We are seeking proactive and results-driven Direct Channel Sales Executives to join our expanding team across multiple cities. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through a leads-based model, eliminating the need for cold calling or self-sourced leads. Your primary responsibility will be to convert these pre-qualified leads into satisfied customers, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Lead Engagement: Contact and engage with potential customers provided through company-generated leads.
Product Presentation : Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective clients.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and client information in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Age Criteria : maximum 38
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3 TO 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Life insurance sector from agency and direct marketing
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
