Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Liabilities Officer to drive acquisition and growth of CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), Term Deposits, and other liability products. The role involves customer acquisition, portfolio management, cross-selling of banking products, and ensuring superior customer service to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for CASA, Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and other retail liability products.
• Achieve assigned targets in terms of account openings, deposit mobilization, and cross-sell.
• Deepen relationships with existing customers to increase account balances and wallet share.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and all regulatory guidelines during customer onboarding.
• Generate referrals for wealth management, insurance, loans, and other banking products.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to reduce dormancy and improve product penetration.
• Provide personalized banking solutions to clients while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Participate in promotional activities, branch events, and market mapping exercises to increase visibility.

• Knowledge of banking operations, KYC/AML guidelines, and retail liabilities products.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing preferred).
• Experience: 1–5 years in banking sales (CASA/Deposits preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Age: 21–35 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
