Relationship Engagement Manager /HR Manager

As a Relationship Engagement & Vendor Manager at emagine, your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end consultant lifecycle operations while also serving as a key point of contact for client relationships in India and the UK. This hybrid role requires you to handle consultant lifecycle ownership, vendor & client management, contract extension & negotiation, relationship engagement, legal & contract coordination, and service delivery & account support. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, deployed consultants, internal leadership, and legal/commercial teams to ensure smooth operations and contract continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the full consultant lifecycle including onboarding, deployment, confirmation, extension, and exit. - Coordinate offer letters, contracts, onboarding documents, and induction processes. - Ensure timely completion of background verification and joining formalities. - Track consultant performance, attendance, timesheets, and project milestones. - Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and vendor partners. - Conduct contract negotiations and manage commercial terms with clients. - Support account teams in addressing operational issues, escalations, or delays. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain audit-ready documentation. - Conduct regular engagement check-ins and address consultant grievances promptly. - Prepare MIS reports, consultant dashboards, and provide timely updates to internal leadership. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred. - 8-12 years of experience in consulting, staffing, HR operations, or vendor management. - Experience supporting UK or Europe-based clients preferred. - Strong understanding of consultant lifecycle, contracts, and compliance. - Familiarity with vendor management platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, PRO, etc.). - Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
