Job Description

Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development

Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life / health / general insurance products
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per bancassurance plans

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and relationship managers
Support bank teams with product knowledge, sales pitches, and customer meetings
Act as a single point of contact for bancassurance-related queries at the branch

Customer Engagement Service

Conduct customer meetings, need analysis, and product presentations
Support customers with policy issuance, documentation, and onboarding
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer queries

Compliance Documentation

Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines, bank policies, and internal compliance standards
Complete accurate documentation and KYC as per regulatory requirements
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions

Training Awareness

Support training and awareness sessions for bank staff on insurance products
Share updates on product features, promotions, and process changes
