Relations Officer

As a Resident Relation Officer at Bless Retirement Living, your main role involves engaging with residents to promote socialization, community involvement, and overall well-being. You will organize recreational programs, educational workshops, and outings to create a vibrant living environment. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate activities and events to promote socialization and community involvement. - Act as a liaison between residents and management to address concerns and suggestions effectively. - Communicate important information such as upcoming events, policy changes, and facility updates to residents. - Mediate and resolve conflicts among residents to maintain a harmonious living environment. - Provide exceptional service to residents, ensuring their needs are met for a positive living experience. - Assist new residents in settling into the community by providing orientation and introducing them to facilities and services. - Liaise with residents" families to keep them informed about their loved one's well-being and the services provided. - Seek feedback from residents through surveys and meetings to continuously improve services and amenities. - Advocate for residents" rights and work with management to implement resident-centered initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in social work.
