Relations Officer

As a Resident Relation Officer at Bless Retirement Living, your role involves engaging with residents to promote socialization, community involvement, and overall well-being. You will organize recreational programs, educational workshops, and outings to create a vibrant living experience for the residents. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate activities and events to promote socialization and community involvement - Act as a liaison between residents and management to address concerns and suggestions - Communicate important information such as upcoming events and policy changes to residents - Mediate and resolve conflicts among residents to maintain a harmonious living environment - Provide exceptional service to residents to ensure their needs are met - Assist new residents in settling into the community through orientation and introductions - Liaise with families of residents to keep them informed about their loved one's well-being - Seek feedback from residents through surveys, meetings, and conversations to improve services - Advocate for residents" rights and work on resident-centered initiatives Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in social work - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Empathy and compassion towards residents - Ability to resolve conflicts and address concerns effectively At Bless Retirement Living, we offer a supportive work environment with benefits including food provided, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and provident fund.
