Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst

Role Overview: You are a detail-oriented Operations Analyst responsible for handling the initial processing of annual and semi-annual financial reports. Your role involves executing tasks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in report preparation, including layout management and regulatory checks for various fund types. Key Responsibilities: - Perform initial processing of annual and semi-annual reports using QuarkXPress, ensuring high-quality layout and formatting. - Conduct IP-control checks and manage CMS processing to maintain data integrity and system compliance. - Support the preparation and review of TER/KIID documents to adhere to regulatory standards. - Complete and maintain various checklists, pre-checks, cover sheets, and tracking lists for accurate documentation and execution of tasks. - Identify and resolve discrepancies in layout, data, or compliance through pre-checks before final submission. - Coordinate report preparation with internal teams, resolve issues, and meet deadlines. - Assist in reviewing process changes or optimization and updating procedures. - Practice teamwork culture and provide assistance to other teams during contingencies. Qualification Required: - Basic understanding of Asset Management, Regulatory Reporting, and financial reporting processes. - 0-3 years of experience, with Regulatory reporting experience being beneficial. - Knowledge of applications/tools like Aladdin, Bloomberg. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Excellent organizational and documentation skills. - Basic German Language knowledge would be beneficial. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Team-playing skills and flexibility in working hours.
